Your ordered goods will be delivered by our partner, UAB “DPD Lietuva”. UAB “DPD Lietuva” is a leading parcel delivery company in Lithuania and one of the largest in Europe. With many years of experience and a professional team, they ensure fast and reliable delivery of goods.

In major cities of Lithuania, you can select a delivery time slot on working days: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. In other areas of Lithuania, goods are delivered on working days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. | DPD Pickup parcel terminals operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Working hours of different DPD Pickup points may vary, so we recommend checking in advance before going to pick up your parcel. |
| You will be informed about the estimated delivery time and the parcel number via SMS or email. | Once your parcel has been delivered to a DPD Pickup point or terminal, you will be notified via SMS and/or email. |

If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, immediately inform the courier and fill out a packaging damage report.
